Lets Get Puzzled started out as a dream over a decade ago while working at a gold mine in beautiful Salmon, Idaho. I was driving a 100 ton haul truck hauling ore.

I took a SCORE class offered through the Small Business Development Center and was assigned to create a ficticious business. One of my hobbies was doing jigsaw puzzles and I was assigned by the instructor to create a jigsaw puzzle business.

This is where it all started. With the help and support of family members and good friends, I took the initiative to follow my dream.

The business was launched in September of 2009 at the Los Angeles County Fair where over one million guests visited the fair. I spoke with thousands of visitors who inspected my puzzles and were impressed with the quality that I offered. The comments I received and guest reactions to my products were very encouraging.

I am now back in beautiful Park City, Utah for seasonal employment. This is my second season here and I had a wonderful time interacting with guests and providing excellent customer service. I realize that customer service is very important in any business and if you do not have satisfied customers, you have no business.

My goal is to provide excellent customer service and a wonderful quality product in the hopes that you will not only be a satisfied customer, but that you will return to this site and order my products again.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the finished product, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price after the puzzle is returned to Lets Get Puzzled.
